READ FIRST!!! When you reach the order/billing form,
SKIP the section that asks for credit card information. The web site says to leave these fields blank when ordering only samples. Fill out everything else like normal, just leave the credit card stuff blank.
Also, I'm not sure how many samples you can request, considering you can enter your own amount. I may be pushing my luck, but I entered the highest number allowed for the field, which is 99. lol, maybe I'll get lucky and actually receive all 99 samples.
