I just received an e-mail from Focus Forward concerning an upcoming online focus group. Here's the e-mail:

We are currently recruiting individuals to participate in a paid online focus group scheduled to take place during the AFTERNOON hours on Thursday November 11th OR Wednesday November 17th. For this study you will be required to use a webcam during the group. A webcam will be provided to you if you do not have access to one. Compensation for the 1.5 hour focus group is $100 if you own a webcam or $75 + webcam (if you need a webcam shipped to you). PayBox is a new payment system. Almost like PayPal? They're in their development stages right now and are paying people to help get it up and running. They give you $25 for signing up. You can earn up to $20 a day and get up to $10 for each referral. So far from what I've seen, it's just basic surveys about what your opinion on possible aspects for the service will be.
It's so simple. However, there is no way to currently take your money you earn out of PayBox. This will happen in Stage Two which is right around the corner. I know it sounds sketchy, but a lot of people are involved in this and it's totally free. I'm putting my faith into it and giving it a try, you should too. You have nothing to lose.
