There's quite a few "Paid to Click" sites out there. The banner below is one I use frequently.
How it works: free sign up, select topics you're interested in, and they'll e-mail you. This company will send you e-mails that include an advertisement about one of the topics you selected. Click the ad in the e-mail. When it brings the advertisement up, there will be a banner at the top of the page that says "Deals n Cash" and will tell you wait while your account is being credited. You stay on the page for 30 seconds or so, and your account will credit however much the advertisement is for.
THAT'S IT! Just click the ad, let it sit there for a few seconds, and you get money! They only play a few cents per ad, but you get these e-mails DAILY. I know it's not a lot of money, but considering that you do basically nothing, I think it's worth it.
